I want new slippers

I can't find a stupid picture editting software which has that resizing function. =.=

Previously, before reformatting my pc I used Microsoft Photo Editor, but right now I don't have it anymore. =.=

And I don't think Picasa has that function. BLAH.

So um, due to excessively large sized photos which take FOREVER to upload, I have not been posting up any.
