Blinded By The Light

She was searching for something in the unyeilding darkness, but her eyes were blinded by the light. Under the sudden glare, she shakes of uncertainty, fear devours her from deep within. Afraid, yet still pondering on the glimmering presense, she lowers her hand covering her eyes to prevent the massive beam of light.

Took a peek she sees, her future in the light and she, lower her hands to take, one step on every date.

Unseemingly short the road the lights shine, unfortunately long the distance she walks in that time, blinded away without warning the pot holes set awaits, whether she finds what she was searching for is up to her patience, luck and faith.

I didn't write this.
Someone else did.
